Me Against the Music - is the title of Britney's forthcoming single from the NEW forthcoming album In The Zone penciled in for a October 18th release in the USA/Canada and and October 17th release date internationally.

Britney commenced to resording this album after her 3 week hiatus and has worked since then. The sessions also include sessions with Limp Bizcuit's Fred Durst, and they will remain unreleased for the time being.

The first single, Me Against the Music will feature...

MADONNA!

and will hit radios September 30th and have an "MTV: Making The Video" on Monday October 13th, 2003!

There are plans of touring, but nothing is set in stone.

The album is rumoured to have 13 tracks, 7 written by Britney.

The songs recorded in the sessions include:

• Early Mornin' (produced by Moby)
• Outragous (produced by R. Kelly)
• Every Time (Guy Sigsworth)
• Showdown (Bloodshy and Avant)

It is not known which songs will be included in the final album, but more information is certainly on the way!

The last single Britney released was "Boys (The Co-ed Remix)" in July of 2002.
